Blowers & Heaters for Confined Spaces
By Admin on Apr 7, 2026
Ventilating confined spaces is essential for providing safe air to breathe for entrants in a confined space. In typical confined space applications, blowers are used to blow in fresh air from outside of the confined space, pushing hazardous air out. Confined space blowers are designed for the application by having high static pressure, so that air can effectively been ventilated with long duct hoses.
For blowers, Pelsue has certified air flow numbers in CFM for free air (no impedance), one 90 degree bend, and two 90 degree bends. These numbers are helpful for determining how long you’ll need to let the space ventilate before it is safe for entry. NOTE: Spaces may still not be safe for entry, and NFPA & ANSI Guidelines both call for air monitoring before an entrant enters the space, and during the time the entrant is inside of the confined space. Pelsue manufacturers many different blowers to meet the needs of nearly all confined space applications.
Confined space heaters are used to help provide better working conditions for entrants. Because confined spaces lack adequate air flow, Pelsue confined space heaters are operated outside of the confined space so hazardous gasses aren’t introduced into the space. Pelsue manufactures an All-In-One Heater & Blower, as well as a heater attachment to our popular 1325D blower. More on those below.

Pelsue confined space heaters are perfect when you need to heat a confined space, namely to make the space more comfortable to work in for entrants. Pelsue offers the 1690D, which is a heater attachment for the 1325D blower. Additionally, Pelsue offers an All-in-One heater and blower (1590). Both heaters use propane and run off of AC power. The 1590 puts out 45,000 BTUs while the 1690D puts out 70,000 BTUS.
