Fiber Splicing Trailers

Our purpose-built splicing trailer are each sized and configured for a different crew type, job scale, and deployment model.
Fiber Splicing Trailer

FiberLite® Grizzly™

The largest and most capable trailer in the Pelsue splicing lineup. Built for full-size crews running extended jobs. When the job is big and the crew is staying for the long haul, the Grizzly is the answer.

  • Off-road ready — off-road tires and wheels, higher clearance, heavy-duty fenders, and aluminum skid plate protecting the fuel cell on rough terrain
  • 2–4 operator workstations
  • Maximum internal storage for full-scale splice vault inventory
  • Dual HVAC — independent climate zones, redundant climate control
  • Dedicated cable reel storage integrated into trailer structure
  • Shore power + generator-ready electrical
  • Tandem axle stability for extended deployment on uneven terrain

  • Configurable workbench layout — adaptable to different splice workflow types
  • Climate-controlled interior with HVAC standard equipment
  • Extended interior length provides more storage than the Pod
  • Shore power connectivity + generator-ready electrical
  • Tow-compatible with half-ton and larger vehicles

FiberLite® Pod Tradesman™

Built for speed and versatility. The Tradesman Pod is the compact trailer in the Pelsue lineup; lighter, easier to tow with a half-ton truck, and designed for rapid setup and breakdown when the crew is moving frequently between sites.

  • 1–2 operator workstations — right-sized for smaller or solo crews
  • Half-ton tow vehicle compatible — no need for a heavy-duty truck
  • Fast setup and breakdown for crews moving site to site frequently
  • Climate-controlled interior
  • Compact footprint — navigates tight access sites and urban job locations
  • Shore power connectivity standard
