SolarShade® Shelters
SolarShade® Shelters Features
Solar Blocking on All Interior Surfaces
Not just the roof — every interior surface is lined with solar-blocking material. The white exterior reflects solar rays while the black interior absorbs and prevents heat gain from every angle, keeping the tent significantly cooler than standard fabrics.
Configurable Ventilation or Sealed Work Space
The Work Shelter opens three full walls to mesh for maximum airflow — acts like a shaded canopy. The Fiber Splicing Tent seals all walls for a dark workspace, with black mesh windows that ventilate without letting light through.
Pop-Up Deployment, Carrying Case Included
Both products use the same Pelsue pop-up one-piece construction — deployed by a single person in under a minute. All models include a carrying case with shoulder strap. Sewn in Colorado.

California Title 8 §3395 — Heat Illness Prevention
California law requires shade to be present whenever the outdoor temperature exceeds 85°F. The SolarShade® Work Shelter satisfies this requirement — it provides sufficient shade for the number of employees taking recovery periods, is open to the air or ventilated, and can be rapidly deployed before temperatures reach the threshold. Other states and OSHA's Heat Illness Prevention guidelines carry similar requirements.
