Most portable propane heaters require the tank to be nearby — which means it ends up inside the tent. The 1557 is engineered differently: the 10′, 20′, or 25′ hose is specifically designed to let you keep the propane tank at the OSHA-required minimum 10′ outside the tent while the heater runs inside. No workaround, no compromise. That's why the hose length is the entire model selection — choose the length that fits your setup.
Tip-Over Protection
Automatic shut-down if the heater falls — stops fires before they start.
Thermal Sensor
Monitors heat levels and shuts down if overheating is detected.
Hanging Chains
Safely suspend the heater from an aerial lift with the 25′ hose connected.
